Yes. Every transaction processed through DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS is governed by these Terms. Individual deposit and withdrawal limits per wallet type are displayed in your account dashboard before you confirm each transaction.

We aim to notify you by email at least 7 days before any material change takes effect. Minor wording corrections may be made immediately. Continued use of the platform after a change is posted counts as your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Depending on the severity, we may issue a warning, temporarily restrict account functions, or permanently close the account. You will receive a written explanation by email, and you have 14 days to appeal the decision through our support team.

Open your account Settings, navigate to the Privacy tab, and select 'Request Data Export'. We will compile your transaction history, chat logs and KYC documents into a downloadable file within 72 hours of the request.

Access to our platform depends on local law. You are required to confirm that participation is permitted in your jurisdiction when you complete registration. Accounts found to be in breach of local eligibility rules will be suspended pending review.

Any withdrawal request above Rp 10,000,000 requires you to submit a valid government-issued ID for matching against your registered profile. Smaller withdrawals to verified OVO or QRIS wallets are processed without the additional document step.

These Terms remain in force for as long as your account is active. Closing your account ends your obligations under most clauses, but data retention, dispute resolution and intellectual property terms survive account closure as stated in the document.
